Emma Forsyth trained with Sebastien LaGree in LA to become certified as a SPX™ instructor. Emma opened up the first Pilates Plus studio in Ireland and in fact in Europe in April 2007 and has seen the studio grow from strength to strength in the 3 years since opening.
A Social Science graduate from UCD. Emma was involved in sports including cross country running at both team and county levels also swimming for her school team and participated in regional finals.
Prior to opening up the studio Emma worked in sports media as a television presenter on both motorsport and soccer programmes. She also worked as a radio and print journalist.
Emma has always had an interest in sports and health & fitness. Recently Emma has become very interested in Reiki and Total Body Modification and hopes to train as a Reiki practitioner in the near future.
